  • Our group yoga classes are suitable for all levels, based around the Vinyasa style and flow. These classes are perfect for beginners!

    Can be one-to-one or small group sessions.

  • Rehabilitation yoga sessions are a safe space for clients to build up both physical and mental strength. These sessions include a range of exercises for people recovering from physical injuries.

    Any equipment (such as straps and bands) will be provided.

    Hi - I’m Poppy! I’m a level 3 qualified yoga instructor based in Rawtenstall near Manchester. Yoga has been my passion for over 10 years and is an absolute essential part of my life. I look forward to sharing my passion with you!
