ABERSOCH YOGA RETREAT

I’d love to invite you to join me (and our wonderful host, Lisa) for a 3-day, 2-night retreat in Abersoch this October 17th–19th.
Together, we’ll enjoy:
Yoga, breathwork & meditation
Guided walks
Optional cold water swim
Delicious food & wellness activities
Use of the hot tub, plus free time to rest or explore
A trip into the town
The option to stay an extra night for a small supplement
This will be a small, intimate retreat, a chance to join in as much or as little as you wish. As it’s a trial run, it’s priced very affordably and no flight is needed!

£425 PP (based on sharing king size bed)
£475 PP (based on sharing twin beds)
Options for a payment plan. With the date being relatively soon, we can be very flexible with these payment plans, message for more information!

Our group yoga classes are suitable for all levels, based around the Vinyasa style and flow. These classes are perfect for beginners!

Whether you’re just starting out on your yoga journey, or are an experienced yogi looking to develop, our private sessions are completely tailored to you and your goals.

Rehabilitation yoga sessions are a safe space for clients to build up both physical and mental strength. These sessions include a range of exercises for people recovering from physical injuries.
Any equipment (such as straps and bands) will be provided.

Meet ‘Peaceful Poppy’! As a qualified primary school teacher, Poppy guides children of all ages through a range of breathing exercises and movements to support their wellbeing.

Hi - I’m Poppy! I’m a level 3 qualified yoga instructor based in Rawtenstall near Manchester. Yoga has been my passion for over 10 years and is an absolute essential part of my life. I look forward to sharing my passion with you!
