Poppy’s classes are suitable for all levels, based around the Vinyasa style and flow, as well as incorporating her own personal style.

These classes are perfect for those people who are ‘not very yoga’ and find it a challenge to be ‘zen’. You will be surprised by how much movement you will do during these classes, by stretching, strengthening and most importantly, focusing on the mind and body.

Poppy’s experience of primary teaching ensures that she offer’s modifications and advances to allow for all clients to achieve their potential.

Poppy guides the class through with verbal instruction and plenty of demonstration, with physical adjustments if required, with the students’ consent.

When?

Our group yoga sessions take place every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, at a range of different venues.
