Rehabilitation sessions are a safe space to build up both physical and mental strength, whether you are recovering from a physical injury or post- trauma.
These sessions consist of range of exercises (both physical and mental) tailored wholly to your needs.
Any necessary equipment, such as straps/ resistant bands, sessions will be provided.
